Emily and Navin lost their dad in a car accident. Everyone got out of the car except him. Then they got a new house that was haunted but they did not know the house was haunted. Their mom got kidnapped by a monster. So, Emily and Navin go on an adventure trying to find their mom.

This book is cool because there are monsters and a little bit of war. If you like scary and adventure books, then you will like this book.
